See, I had a problem when I ordered Elizabeth, (her eyes were asymmetrical) and I called and spoke with a PS at AGPNY, told her the problem, and asked if she would pick a 'perfect' (or close enough, LOL) Elizabeth, and she did! Now, whenever I want to order a doll, I just call a PS at AGP. (I still order clothes and accessories off the website or toll-free number, though.)
